The AA5 cab filtration positive pressure safety system is similar to the AA4 only with a smaller foot print and lower height for applications where mounting space is limited especially on the roof of cabs or even inside cabins such as trains where it is critical to have any auxillary equipment mounted within the gauge of the tracks.
The filtration capacity is slightly lower than the AA4 but still maintains the Arctic Air range of systems efficiency and adaptability with it’s choice of pre filters and high efficiency particulate air filters and furthermore the AA5 system can be specified with Carbon filters if protection against hazardous gases is required.
