Arctic Air cab filtration overpressure safety systems are  ATEX Zone 22 category 3D certified for working in dusty environments where a risk of explosion exists.Industries subject to processes that generate hazardous dusts which can cause explosions will be subjected to ATEX directive 99/92/EC also known as ATEX 137.

Machinery will have to comply with ATEX directives and be substantially modified by specialist companies which includes any equipment fitted to these machines in order to maintain the machines certification.
